2-Days Free Returns

Your satisfaction is essential to us. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return your device for free. Please get in touch with our customer service team to receive your free return label. After 2 days since you received your order, we can’t offer any refunds.

For pre-owned devices, you can return your undamaged device within 02 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.), and includes all accessories it came with. If there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after the delivery, no refunds will be granted, and we’ll send the device back to you.

For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 02 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices in the original packaging. If the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

06 Months Warranty

Unlike most electronics and secondhand stores, Leo Trading Lanka Pvt Ltd is fully confident in the devices we offer for sale – that’s why every device comes with a free warranty. Depending on the device type, the warranty is provided either by the manufacturer or by our vendors with the same terms as the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any defects observed during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced (in case it’s non-repairable), for free.

However, please note that if physical damage is observed, the warranty may be voided. In such cases, Leo Trading Lanka Pvt Ltd can offer a repair service, but the associated costs will be borne by the customer.

3-Year Device Protection With Leo Care

Every product purchased on Leo Trading Lanka Pvt Ltd comes with a 36-month warranty that protects your device from manufacturing/refurbishing defects and electrical & mechanical failures. LeoCare is an optional product which extends this for another 24 months (for a total of 36 months)

What’s not covered?

  • Damage caused by drops, spills, liquids, mishandling, and cracks.
  • Damage not covered by an existing warranty.
  • Wear and tear and cosmetic damages that do not affect the device’s functionality
  • Damages arising out of negligence or intentional malpractice
  • Loss/deletion/corruption of any data stored on the device
  • Loss/stolen devices

With Leo Care pack, you are entitled to unlimited repairs up to the purchase price of your protected device. In the event that your device cannot be repaired, you will receive a cash reimbursement up to the device purchase price. A service fee of Rs 5000  will be collected from you once your claim has been approved.
